  First Phase of the Science Park

Recently, the first phase of the Science Park has been completed. 10km have been contracted out to over 219 foreign companies, resulting in a total investment of over 1.5 billion USDA. 70% of these foreign companies represent the High-Tech and Electro-Mechanical Industry such as: Siemens, Hitachi, Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear Comp, Nanjing Fire Protection Technology, Wuzhou Refrigeration, Doren Technology, Godright & Handson and Rhein East Village Real Estate Company. Furthermore real estate companies like: Lander, Wuyi Group, Shizheng Tianyuan are located here.

            

                


The Second Phase of the Science Park

An area of 30km this section of the Science Park is situated east of the Ning Hang expressway and south of NO. 104 national way. 13km of this park is already occupied by the manufacturing and machinery industries. The B sector of the Park provides 4,100MU; this sector is mainly manufactures of automotive components. The purpose here is to attract investors in manufacturing and the automobile field. Companies like: Fiat, Ford, Mazda, and Nanjing Rover project. While companies such as Yuejin Light Truck, Lingye Heavy-Duty Truck, HDEG, Suyan Power Co., Ltd. and Electro-mechanical Industries have already become part of this section.
