All the land sold for industry
will be guarantee 9 connections to their sites: leveling,
roads, potable water, rain water drain, sewage drain,
electricity, gas, communication, heat and cable TV.
Roads:
Jiangning's roadways rage between 100m to 35m wide. With
beautiful green belts of flowers and vegetation surrounding
the roadways Jiangning's roads conveniently connect to
the national highway and expressways.
Potable Water:
Two water productions plans have started development in
Jiangning Science Park. These two plants have taken advantage
of theYangze River's natural water resources. One plant
will be able to produce 300 thousand tons of water a day,
while the other plant built specifically for Science Park
will produce 150 thousand tons of water a day. When the
development of these two plants are complete, together
they will be able to produce 450 thousand tons of water
a day.
Rainwater Drain
The Rainwater drainage pipelines were built exclusively
as separated drainage, with a diameter ranging from 450
to 2000mm. The pipelines have conveniently been built
together with the building's road. This allows the rainwater
to drain to nearby rivers.
Sewage Drain
Jiangning's sewage drain system is under the standard
GB8978-1996 Grade 1. This industrial sewage system drains
into the Municipal Sewage Drainage Network. With a pipe
diameter above 300mm. The first phase (40,000T/D) of the
water waste treatment plant is under development in Jiangning's
Science Park.
Power Supply
Attached to North China Power Grid, the 110 KV (Mingyin,
Tianjingshan, Chunhua, Xuecheng, dongshan, Lingye sub-stations),
220KV (Yinxiang sub-station) and 500KV (Dongshanqiao sub-station)
sub-stations guarantee the power supply of Jiangning District
and Science Park. Double lead-in lines that can realize
the double-source power supply will be provided to companies
with large demand of power or needing 24 hours uninterruptible
power supply.
Gas Supply
The natural gas consumed in Jiangning is fed from Jiangningmen's
Municipal Natural Gas supply station. Presently the level
of the natural gas being manufactured is middle &
low pressure Level II, at a heat value of 3,700-4,100
Kilo-calorie. The Ningwu project will distribute natural
gas throughout eastern and western regions. Tiexinqiao
a high-middle pressure regulating station is located on
the north side surrounding the city highways, more are
planned for development.
Tele-Communications
Nanjing is one of the eight largest long distance exchange
& transmission centers in the nation. These telecommunications
networks consist of: cable, optical fiber, microwave,
shortwave and satellite transmission. The Fujitsu F-150
telephone exchanger has equipped Jiangning district with
250 thousand lines that can satisfy up to a 150 thousand
user's. In addition, Fujitsu offers various digital speeds
lines (DDN9.6-IM and 2-622M).The ATM Broadband exchanger
and a IP local network have a speed of 10M, 100M, 1000M
available. The low demand users can access the broadband
IP local network, e.g. ADSL etc.
Heat Supply
Xinsu Heat power plant located North West of Jiangning
Science Park, is the heat supplier for the industrial
and public buildings. The Heat Power Plant is equipped
with 2 sets of 48MW heating supply machines and 3 sets
of 240t/h boilers supplying steam at 1.27 Mpa, 300 Degrees
Celsius. The Plant can generate a power capacity of 16MVA
and produces up to 50 tons of steam an hour with an average
temperature between 280-300 Degrees Celsius.
Televisions and Broadcasting
TV & Broadcasting can now be received throughout the
whole area, via cable more than 30 channels are offered.
The Cable Television Management has 288 fiber outlets
as well as two web services systems i.e., cable TV and
administrative broadband information.
Land Leveling
The land will be leveled to a height difference within
±20cm. The land will be leveled under the curbstone of
the property line by machine. |
