Service Environment
Administration Committee
The Administrative Committee of the Science Park is an agent of the local government.It is responsible for the planning, construction, project approval, social undertakings and economy development for the enterprises located here. This is an efficient agency, with a first class management team that makes service their priority.

Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP)
The BIP's job is to build public relations with foreign & national enterprises, government agencies and industry. Its responsibilities are: project information collection, investment negotiation and preferebtial policies for affirmed project establishments,Bureau of Investment Promotion is divided into Affairs Division, BIP I, BIP II, BIP IIIand BIP IV.

Export Processing Zone
Approved by the Peoples Republic of China, Customs General Administration is planning to occupy 3km in the southern district. With the first phase project covers an area of 1.3 square kilometers. Now it has been put into operation formally and many enterprises leaded by Compal Cellular Telehone have joined in.
          

Customs
Jiangning's district contains two Nanjing customs offices, one located in the Development Zone and one in the Export Processing Zone (Airport bound customs). Customs and Commodities Inspectors use the EDI network allowing for electronic exchange. Further Custom offices are planned to be opened in the near future. This will help to make clearance for enterprises more quick and simple. These offices will offer services such as: 24hours on going service, special declaration windows, network declaration, advance custom declaration, and urgent clearance for import and export.

Commodities Inspection
Nanjing's Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine was set up September 1999. The offices for Inspection & Quarantine are located at Nanjing's Port and Airport, services include: animal, vegetation,hygiene, food, mechanical & electronic products, textile and chemical. Nanjing's Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine has taken on a series of reforms in the areas of visa declaration and the installation of the EDI network. Furthermore Nanjing's Bureau office will soon be moving to Jiangning's development zone.

One-stop Service Center
All the project formalities in the Science Park will be handled by one agency located at a One- Stop Service Center. This will allow one-stop service for all project matters such as: business licensing, signing of certificates and land management.
          

Business Incubators
As the incubator for middle and small sized technological enterprises, the Technological Business Startup Center of Jiangning Science Park went into function formally in July, 2005; The Center provides house renting at low price and preferential policies to improve the industrialization of scientific research achievements.
